A complete list of Twain's keyboard shortcuts. Modifier symbols are ⌘ Command, ⇧ Shift,
⌥ Option, and ⌃ Control. Shortcuts marked Pro belong to Twain Pro; without a licence
they either show the Unlock Pro prompt or stay greyed out until you unlock.
